Coffee beans

Take home the coffee you drink here

We sell the same single-origin coffee we serve at the bar: roasted by Kima Coffee, traceable lot by lot, with no supermarket in between.

Ask which beans we have

The beans we have to take away change with our origin rotation, and none is flagged on the website today. These are the coffees currently rotating at the bar: ask us which ones are bagged and at what price.

With Bette Buna, traceability reaches an exceptional level of precision. Every lot directly connects to the individuals involved at each stage of production—from those hand-picking the cherries to those managing the processing and dry milling. This degree of transparency is virtually unprecedented in Ethiopia. It not only ensures that the coffee landing in our roastery matches the exact pre-shipment samples we evaluated, but also guarantees fair compensation for every worker. It is a supply chain built on shared value and genuine recognition.

How to buy it

We sell over the counter, at the shop, during morning hours. There's no online store and no shipping: if you want to make sure of a particular origin, your best bet is to call us before coming.

Every day from 8:30 to 14:00 · closed on Tuesdays

Roasted by Kima Coffee

We don't roast ourselves: we work with Kima Coffee because they buy at origin with real traceability, lot by lot. It's the same coffee that reaches our machine — there's no separate version for taking home.
